Partnership with Safety Management Group

Partnership Value-Added Safety Services
In addition to the safety training solutions, an annual agreement between NUCA of Indiana and Safety Management Group includes the following:

Access to a Safety Advisor
Safety Management Group will act as resource for safety questions for members. Once a year NUCA of Indiana members can call our designated Safety Advisor to answer basic safety questions for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Quarterly Safety Articles for Publication
Safety Management Group will contribute quarterly articles to NUCA of Indiana for publication in their internal documents such as membership email newsletters or quarterly mailings. Article topics include occupational safety, loss control or compliance based text.

Professional Development Seminar
Safety Management Group will be available to provide a free training session to NUCA of Indiana once a year. The seminar topic will be related to occupational safety, loss control or compliance and typically is one to two hours in length.

Immediate Safety Services
Safety Management Group will provide immediate safety services on a time and materials basis. Our firm's standard billable hourly rate is $85.00 per hour. However, the safety partnership will enable NUCA of Indiana and/or its members a 10% discount on our hourly rate. Examples of immediate service include, but are not limited to, incident review, regulatory inspection managementand emergency response.

Project Safety Services
Safety Management Group will bid solicited project safety work from NUCA of Indiana and/or its members when applicable. A reasonable amount of time will be necessary for proper identification of services, deliverables and cost for all bid work. Otherwise, the work will fall under immediate safety response. A project safety service includes, but is not limited to, safety documents and programs, inspections and assessments, staffing and training sessions.
